Our Story

In Filipino, "Mabuhay" means "welcome" — and that's exactly what you'll find here.

We're Jesse and Jalaine Martinez, the husband-and-wife team behind Mabuhay Designs & Co LLC. Jesse is a proud U.S. military veteran, and Jalaine is Filipino-American. Together, we launched this business in March 2024 right here in Jacksonville, North Carolina — just minutes from Camp Lejeune — because we saw something missing in our community.

Military families needed a local printer who actually understood them. Someone who knew what a unit shirt order looks like at 2 AM before a deployment ceremony. Someone who could turn around custom platoon gear fast enough for a Friday formation. Someone who'd been there.
