How Press-It-Yourself Works
Buy the blanks by the case. Print your designs on one gang sheet. Press them yourself. Keep the difference.
How it works — 4 steps
- Pick your case. Blank tees are 72 to a case, crewnecks and hoodies 24 — any size mix S–XL inside the case (tell us the breakdown when you order; 2XL–5XL come as 12-pack add-ons). Quantity 1 = one full case. Cases are the minimum — that's how we keep case pricing.
- Build your gang sheet. Use the Gang Sheet Builder to lay out your designs on one big DTF transfer sheet. Buying a case gets you 15% off the Builder automatically at checkout. Every sheet ships with a free test strip.
- We prep everything together. Your blanks arrive from the warehouse and your transfers are printed here — ready in 5–7 business days as ONE pickup or shipment. Free local pickup in Jacksonville, NC.
- Press and go. Cut the sheet, position, press. Sell them, hand them out, wear them.
The honest math
| Left-chest logos | Full-front prints | |
|---|---|---|
| Case of 72 blank tees | from $285 | from $285 |
| Gang sheet for all 72 | ~$134 (22×84) | ~$600+ (larger sheets) |
| All-in per shirt | ~$6 | ~$12–14 |
| Compare: custom printed by us | from $25–27.69/shirt | |
Selling at an event for $15–20? A left-chest run of 72 can clear $650–1,000 profit. Outfitting a unit or fundraiser? You just saved four figures versus full custom. That's the whole idea.

- Settings: 300–325°F · medium-firm pressure · 10–15 seconds · cold peel. Full guide ships in every box — and lives on our Pressing Instructions page.
