Processing Time

• Standard Orders: 3-5 business days
• Rush Service: Same-day (orders placed before 3:00 PM EST)
• Custom/Large Orders: Timing provided with quote

Note: Processing time begins after we receive and approve your design files.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

📍 Local Pickup

Pickup is available at our Jacksonville, NC area locations.

Pickup Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
Sunday: Closed

Pickup Process:

• You will receive email notification when order is ready
• Bring order confirmation or ID
• Follow pickup instructions in your email

Note: Same-day rush orders placed before 3:00 PM can be ready for pickup the same day during business hours.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email
• Tracking number (when applicable)
• Estimated delivery date

Shipping Locations

Delivery Issues

If your order:

• Hasn't arrived: Check tracking first, then contact us
• Is damaged: Contact us immediately with photos
• Is lost: We will work with carrier to resolve
