Design Basics

Resolution

• Always 300 DPI minimum
• Higher = sharper
• Low res = blurry

Colors

• Use RGB mode
• Bright colors work best
• White prints opaque

Size

• Design at actual print size
• Common: 10-12" wide for chest

What Works Great

• Bold graphics
• Text and typography
• Logos
• Vector art
• High-res photos
• Gradients

Avoid

• Extremely thin lines (under 1pt)
• Tiny text (under 10pt)
• Super intricate details

Pro Tips

Text:

• Minimum 12pt
• Medium to bold fonts

Line Work:

• Minimum 1pt thickness

Photos:

• 300 DPI
• Good contrast
• Remove busy backgrounds

Sizing Guide

Adult T-Shirts:

• Full chest: 10-12" wide
• Left chest: 3-4" wide
• Back: 12-14" wide

Youth:
