We want you to be completely satisfied with your DTF transfers! If there is an issue with your order, we are here to make it right.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • Accurate printing of approved designs
  • Proper adhesion when pressed correctly
  • Vibrant colors as shown in proofs
  • High-quality materials

When We Will Replace or Refund

Manufacturing Defects:

  • Printing errors or quality issues
  • Transfers that don't adhere when pressed correctly
  • Color issues (not matching approved proof)
  • Damaged transfers received

Our Error:

  • Wrong design printed
  • Incorrect size produced
  • Missing items from order

What We Cannot Accept

No Returns For:

  • Custom orders after design approval
  • User error in pressing (incorrect temperature, pressure, or time)
  • Transfers already applied to garments
  • Design changes after approval
  • Buyer remorse on custom work

Return Process

If you believe there is an issue with your order:

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days: Email mabuhaydesignsco@gmail.com
  2. Provide Details: Order number, issue description, and photos
  3. Keep Original Packaging: Do not apply transfers yet
  4. Wait for Response: We will review and respond within 24 hours

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Free replacement transfers
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Store credit
  • Pressing troubleshooting assistance

Pressing Issues

If transfers aren't adhering properly:

  1. Check our Pressing Instructions page
  2. Verify temperature (300-320°F) and pressure
  3. Ensure you are using hot peel method
  4. Contact us if issues persist

Many pressing issues can be resolved with technique adjustments!

Custom Design Changes

Before Production: Changes allowed before we print

After Approval: Changes require new order (original cannot be returned)

After Production: No changes or refunds for approved custom work

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of packaging and contents
  2. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours)
  3. Do not discard packaging
  4. We will file claim and send replacement
