Refund Policy
By placing an order on mabuhay.store or with Mabuhay Designs & Co, you acknowledge that cancellations or refunds are not permitted. We prioritize processing your order swiftly for next business day pick-up. If we make an error with your order, we will rectify it promptly. However, please note that poor image quality is not considered a mistake by mabuhay.store or with Mabuhay Designs & Co. If your image is low resolution, it will print poorly. Pay close attention to the border around your image in the builder. For the best results, ensure your image resolution is at least 300 dpi.
What We Are Responsible For
You acknowledge when using our services these are not errors or the responsibility of mabuhay.store or Mabuhay Designs & Co LLC when using the DTF service:
- Printing errors or quality issues
- Transfers that don't adhere when pressed correctly
- Color issues (not matching approved proof)
- Damaged transfers received
What We Cannot Accept
No Returns For:
- Custom orders after design approval
- User error in pressing (incorrect temperature, pressure, or time)
- Transfers already applied to garments
- Design changes after approval
- Buyer remorse on custom work
Return Process
If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately at mabuhaydesignsco@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
- Pressing details (temperature, time, pressure used)
Resolution Options
Depending on the issue, we may offer:
- Free replacement transfers
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Store credit
- Pressing troubleshooting assistance
Pressing Issues
If transfers aren't adhering properly:
- Check our Pressing Instructions page
- Verify temperature (300-320°F) and pressure
- Ensure you are using hot peel method
- Contact us if issues persist
Many pressing issues can be resolved with technique adjustments!
Custom Design Changes
Before Production GANG SHEETS: Changes not allowed on approved DTG Gang Sheet work. Changes require new order (original cannot be returned). No changes or refunds for approved custom work.
After Approval: Changes require new order (original cannot be returned)
After Production: No changes or refunds for approved custom work
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of packaging and contents
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours)
- Do not discard packaging
