How to Upload Your Design Files

File Requirements

Accepted:

• PNG with transparent background (preferred)
• PDF (high-quality)
• AI/EPS (contact us first)

Specs:

• 300 DPI minimum
• RGB color mode
• Transparent background
• Actual print dimensions
• Under 50MB

Preparing Your Design

• Size to actual print dimensions
• Remove background
• Check 300 DPI
• Clean edges

Upload Process

1. Receive email after ordering
2. Click upload link
3. Select file(s)
4. Include order number
5. Submit

For files over 50MB, contact us!

File Naming

Good: Logo_10x10_Order12345.png

Bad: design.png

We Review All Files

We check resolution, format, size, transparency. If there is an issue, we will contact you before printing!

Common Issues

• Low resolution - Recreate at 300 DPI
• White background - Remove, save as PNG
• Wrong size - Resize to actual dimensions
